The deadline to submit your yearly calendars for all meetings and events scheduled for the year 2019 is Tuesday, Jan. 1. Be sure to include the date, time and location for each event/activity/item. Blank 2019 Ministry Calendars are available in the multi-purpose room and front office. All calendars should be submitted to the administrative assistant by Jan. 1. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Harmony Brinson in the church office. 

The comprehensive church calendar can be viewed online on the church website. If you are interested in reserving rooms, please feel free to consult the calendar for all available dates. PLEASE REMEMBER: An official Facility Request Form must be completed, submitted and approved to successfully reserve space.
