This request form is for use at Saint Matthews United Methodist Church and is in accordance with church policy. Please read all items governing facility use carefully. Requests must be made via the form provided below and submitted to the church office two months prior to wedding date. SMUMC members are encouraged to attend premarital counseling before the wedding; please contact our Pastor.

Gold Package: $1,000 ($600 for Church Members)
This a full service plan designed to accommodate all wedding location needs which includes the Sanctuary (capacity - 327), Fellowship Hall (seating capacity - 80) and 2 auxiliary rooms for staging/dressing.
Silver Package: $500 ($300 for Church Members)
For those focused on the ceremony only, this plan provides the use of the Sanctuary without sound system as well as 2 auxiliary rooms for staging/dressing.
Bronze Package: $100
For a more intimate setting, this plan provides the use of our Chapel (capacity - 99)
