Easter Sunrise Service

Saint Matthews, Shiloh Baptist Church and New Zion Missionary Church will fellowship for Easter Sunrise Service at 6 AM on Easter Sunday at New. Zion Missionary Church.

There will only be one worship service at 11 AM at Saint Matthews. Please mark your calendar.

St. Matthews spearheads recycling effort

The Church and Society Committee in cooperation with the City of Greensboro Recycling Center have obtained a recycling bin for use by church members in which to collect recyclable products. The following items are being accepted:

  • plastic bottles and jugs
  • glass jars and bottles
  • all cans (steel, aluminum, tin, and aerosol)
  • hard plastics
  • newspapers and magazines
  • cardboard
  • chipboard

Pickup is every two weeks. If anyone is interested in volunteering to empty the recycling bins each week (on a rotating basis) please contact Ms. Michelle Mebane, Ms. Audrey Carpenter, Mrs. Allison Chiles, or Ms. Karlah Burton.
