Do you enjoy crocheting, knitting or learning new skills while serving others? The Loving Hands Crochet & Knitting Ministry is seeking new members to join this rewarding and creative ministry!

Whether you are an experienced crocheter or knitter, a beginner or someone who has always wanted to learn, there is a place for you. We welcome all skill levels and are happy to teach those who are new to crocheting or knitting.

Our Mission

The Loving Hands Crochet & Knitting Ministry creates handcrafted items that bring comfort, encouragement, and prayer to individuals and families in our community. Through our work, we share God’s love by keeping our hands busy, our hearts full and our spirits focused on serving others.

What We Do

• Pray for one another and our community.
• Create handmade items during group gatherings and at home.
• Share our gifts and talents to bless those in need.
• Participate in craft fairs, with proceeds supporting future ministry projects and the Food Pantry at Saint Matthews UMC.

Exciting News

Our 2026-2027 year for this ministry will begin in August 2026.

We are looking forward to welcoming new members as we start another year of fellowship, creativity, and service to our community. Meeting dates and times will be announced soon. Come fellowship, learn, create and make a difference — one stitch at a time.
